You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date to request a return or refund for a damaged or defective item.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a refund due to shipping damage or defects, please:

  • Keep the item and original packaging

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Provide your order number and contact details

3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that are not damaged or defective

  • Items reported more than 15 days after delivery

  • Items that show signs of misuse or damage not caused during shipping

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at myfindings@my-findings.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement or a refund.

5. Return Shipping

In cases where we ask you to return a damaged or defective item:

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility (damaged in shipment or incorrect item), we will provide instructions and cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once your claim is approved (and, if applicable, your returned item is received and inspected), we will notify you by email.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer a replacement of the same item instead of a refund, subject to availability.
